Do you need a special headphone jack to plug it in, because my headphone jack needs a special adapter that looks like the guitar plug.

i record from my line 6. i plug the headphone into my comps mic jack. from there i use audacity (freeware, pretty damn good too) to record.

I am planning to get the exact line 6 except 15 watt. I'll try that.

You have the RG3EX1 right? I have that guitar, too. Do you think it would sound good with Seymour DUncan Blackouts?

thanks for the help but i guess im still stuck at square one.

Ah bummer... oh well, at least i tried. Anyway, all the eq'ing is there for the purpose of creating your own sound after all.

man, why would i insult a fellow pseudointellectual?

that'd defeat the point of having a coalition in the first place.

hey, saw ur weeping demon thread and since i can't reply there (i'm banned for now) i decided to post my reply here. My setting for my wd are (in o'clock):

Level: 12
Q: 1.5
Low: 7

that's on the 'normal' setting. hopefully it'll sound ok for u. i use it for high gain with some slight scooped mids (i think... sorry, i don't remember my eq settings since it's the amp and 8 band eq) on a les paul with the bridge pickup. let me know if this helps u or at least gives u a starting point. u might explain what kind of sound/genre ur playing with it on ur thread so that ppl can help u out a bit better.
