I would keep it longer, bit my hair is odd, in that not all of it grows the same way, it's mostly wavy in the front and sides, but VERY tight curls in the back, and the more affordable hair dressers around here don't know how to deal with it, I can't afford to spend a lot on my haircuts atm, still living off my parents, no job :(

However I did try to get my hair into that James Dean look, and it didn't turn out half bad :) so thanks a lot for the suggestion, also just found out that this girl I really like is a massive fan of James Dean, and she flipped when she saw my hair so :D

Hmmm that's actually not bad, only thing would be I'd have to keep my hair really short for it, but I like how this looks: http://hommemaker.files.wordpress.com/2011/08 /james_dean-2461.jpg

Oh, well that's a shame, guess I'll just keep it short and have a wavy faux hawk coz I really don't want to be bothered with flat ironing it, thanks :)

Not sure if you remember me, but I've asked you about hair stuff before haha, I recently cut my hair really short (pics on profile), coz I was sick of how high maintenance my hair was, and it wasn't even looking good enough to justify the amount of time I was spending on it tbh.

I've got hair that gets quite curly when it's over an inch long and I've been using this L'Oreal Fiber Putty stuff to faux hawk it, any tips on how to do it properly? my hair is curly so it never comes out the way I'd expect, thanks :)

hey taluha, whats the best option for really thick wavy hair? you know, the kind that manifests itself into a jewfro if you let it grow too long. I've tried waxes but it just ends up as a tangled mess and especially in my bangs just accentuates my hairs wavyness to an extreme. wondering if there's a way to have more wispy bangs despite really thick unruly hair? Even after using a straightening iron I have trouble styling my hair. Is there a better cut for my type of hair? I usually get about 2,5 cm on top and 1 cm around the sides and back.
