You know, I figured, 'what better way to start a discussion than to mention miley cyrus?'" Well this blog is it. Miley Cyrus, for those of you who don't know, is the daughter of famous country star billy ray cyrus. She has released two albums, one of which is a double. A third one is set to release july 22.
