I don't mean to offend, but this shit's so funny! It's like black metal flight of the conchords.

That's good, since I generally tend to take a humorous approach to these sorts of things, and am quite glad you found it amusing.

You got some really cool sounding tunes!! Lol Glendor the Magic Dragon. Keep it up! Lol at all these songs. Also, lulz at acoustic brutality xD Good shit....

Many thanks, kind sir. There's no telling what many sleepless nights and guitar pro/garageband can yield.

I got a new song posted you mind checkin' it out? On this song everything is guitar, from the percussion to the "synth" :P O btw I finally found out how to sync my delay, thanks for the help!
That's great!! do you have the calming waves track posted again? I really wanna hear it now! I am gonna check out the new track...Very nice full sound, Since the different tones you are using fill in the low end more it's not all mid-tone. cool I like it. I would write more but I have a bunch of stuff to get to still.. good work, keep it up!

I use REAPER to lay some tracks down but I use Amplitube for my guitar sounds.
I'm unfamiliar with reaper. Do you know about MIDI time syncing? I really want to help you get this track debugged it's got potential! Let's start here: where do the effects come from? Within the reaper program? And second, is your song recorded to a tempo that can be viewed as bars and measures? This is how MIDI time clock works. MIDI allows you to sync different tempo -based equipment together, then you set one as the master clock and all the others will be in tempo with the master clock. My guess is that if the effect is within the program, it should be easy to set the tempo of the delay effect.

Thanks a load man. I tried messin with the delay a lot and I couldn't really help it.
Ok I don't know if you have the ability to sync midi clocks with your record device, but if you can.... the tempo of the record device can set the tempo of the delay effect. This would definitely fix the issue right up. What do you use to record?

I got a full version of the song posted so you can check it out if you want
HAAA!!! I like the way you finished it out. It's varied and not repetitious at all. The heavy parts really surprised me and they jive very well. Listen though there is a still timing issue with the delay effect on the palm-muted guitar. Can you play with the effects or are the effects recorded right on the track? If you are able to adjust them still, try to speed up the delay a tiny bit(1-3 BPM-ish) The delay falls out of sync and really is distracting. In my opinion, if you can get that one issue fixed you really have an awesome track. Good work!!!

Thanks! I really appreciate that you took the time to listen. You know what's funny is that I posted all these songs on Jango.com, as well as a track that was a rap, but TOTALLY not meant to be serious... they chose the rap track to air on the site. The track is my brother and I making fun of rap!!! It just doesn't make sense and I have to laugh at the music industry sometimes. Well keep playing!!!

its not really cohesive, like it doesnt go completely along with the song, but it was just the result of me experimenting a little, hope you can pick up some ideas from it. how do you want it sent to you?
