A full-band version of the popular instrumental, that will eventually be released on my solo album. This was one of the easiest tracks to record, as all I needed to do was make a beat in GarageBand, then record my guitar parts. Contrary to what it sounds like, there is actually no bass in the recording. I played that "bass line" on my 7-string guitar tuned to Dropped-A, clean. The second "verse" sounds a little out of time, but that's the way it's supposed to sound :P { Tags : city, dreams }
An old demo of our song "Eye Of The Universe", with a million different improvisations. The song was played in D minor, but because of the tape speed differences when I went to copy it to my PC, it ended up sounding flat. { Tags : the, crayola, mishap, eye, universe }
Another instrumental demo. I have a vocal version, but I am a crappy singer. This one was inspired by Devin Townsend and Dutch prog-metallers Textures. { Tags : borealia, glass, cicada }
An original by Borealia as a band. Features myself on guitar, keys and vocals, Paul Dubuc on rhythm guitar, and Tim Larocque on drums. It's kinda lo-fi. { Tags : icarus, haibane, borealia, lofi }
