Mine lasted like.. 9 months? And it broke from a 1-foot fall onto a carpeted floor. The plastic holding the footswitch on broke, meaning it flops all over the place. the switch doesn't work correctly anymore either because of it. and the thing never worked right anyway, half the time you'd have to turn it off and back on a few times to get it working, and it makes noises sometimes when your amp is up loud, not very good in a live setting..
basically, don't buy these, they're crap, spend the extra 20 dollars on the boss which will last 20 years
Are you talking about the chromatic strope tuner? Ive had mine for about 2 years now, never had a problem with it. Its been dropped out of my truck 3 times, 2 of which was on pavement, and the other time was in my buddies driveway right into the ankle deep puddle...still going strong
Ive been using it steady since the day i bought it, stomping on it all the time..
My friend payed 50$ more for the boss one and prefers to use mine
Maybe you just had bad luck with it bro...or maybe i have good luck with it :P
Yeah man, mine sucks, honest. It never worked right in the first place, it always just acts fudgy and does things that a reliable peice of live equipment shouldnt do
