hey,,i was just looking at your lesson on blues scales it very good, BUT im still confused, E7 E7 E7 E7....ETC, what makes it E7? and in the order too?

The first tone would be E, then - (E, F#, G#, A) - A would be the fourth,
how du u get E, F#, G#, A? isnt thier a isnt thier a F before the F# and a G before the G#?

And what do you mean by 'boxes'?
