A lot of people ask me how I got my screen name. Some think I'm from Germany; a lot of people think it's about the Holocaust (ironically or otherwise), among other things.
Here's the story behind it: I used to go to a lot of LAN parties and we played a lot of WWII shooters, particularly Day of Defeat: Source. One of my buddies always used to say "Thank you, Germany" whenever he got killed in game. So one night I changed my in-game name to "Thank You, Germany" and it just kinda stuck.
And that's all there is to my name, no more, no less.
