I'm terrible with late replies, I only ever check comments when really bored.

But yea! Incubus are awesome, sort of funk rock with every other genre influence. Hard to describe, but really good.

It's a good one! My friend showed it to me and I couldn't stop laughing, it was so unexpected :haha:

Gary Oldmen. Christ, that is him. The one who played Sirius in Harry Potter. Man, how could I not discern him. But yeah, he's a great actor. The film's flawless with one exception - Batman's throat cancer.

Yeah, I don't much like the voice Bale uses for Batman. His acting is good otherwise! I like the cameos as well - I think Bill Fichtner and Cillian Murphy were in there as well, both a couple of my favourite actors..

Sorry I aint replied in yonks. What did you tihnk of the film? (even thought I know you thought it was awesome )

You're right!! I thought it was absolutely awesome! lol Yep. Heath Ledger's performance was as good as people said it was.. And I'm not really that big a Batman fan, but I thought it was good. Gary Oldman was awesome as well. Great actor.

I should be seeing it tonight or tomorrow, I've got them off work :D

Main reasons I love em I guess..

No, I haven't seen the Batman movie yet :( I'll be seeing it sometime this week with a few mates, so it should be good :D

Cheers man. Tell me your opinion on the film when you see it.

I think I've already said :p: Epic.

Sweet, go for it. Pisces is just a rarities/b-sides set, but Adore is indeed an album. Personally, it took a while to grow on me but I think it's a fantastic album now :)

Haha Ginger is fine, good choice :) I'm stuck with those two. If you want orchestral and epic - Adore. If you want riffs and clean - Pisces :)

You gotta tell me which one you buy first =P

Yeah, the chili's have some bad ass bass lines. I learned the guitar riff for Snow and I'm still struggling to maintain it for at least 6 repeats.

Yeah, I just got their latest and it's different, but I see them as just some catchy band to listen to once in a while.

And is it just me, or do I see Muse absent in your favourite bands...?

Bloody 'ell, they are too! To the rectification page!! :p

Hah, yeah - my favourite Weezer song would have to be either Buddy Holly or Hash Pipe. They've both got pretty good video clips too.

So has my friend haha. He's also a huge RHCP fan. I guess any bassist is huh?

And you like Weezer yeah? I just picked up their new album and Pinkerton. Just mild music updates...

Definitely. I'd love to be able to play some early Chili Peppers stuff, though that'd take a ton of practice. Their newer songs are just as complex, but a bit slower and easier to learn..
Yeah, I don't mind Weezer, but I'm not the biggest fan. I picked up a couple of their CDs from the library - they weren't too bad really.

Hahaha. Yeah, you're right, or you better be...
Angelina isn't that attractive to me. *picks up shield*

Do you own all the Pumpkins stuff?

 Each to their own :p In fact, I've chosen Hayley Williams as my new 'Guiness girl'.

I don't own any of the really early stuff, talk to badpun about that, I think he has everything :p, but I own all studio albums :D

That's pretty great. *looks back at guitar skills and ponders the bass*
I think I'll stick with guitar. When I seen my friend play hysteria on bass with his fingers I cringed at the pain he must be feeling haha. Take it you've learned that wondeful song?

I have. Second one I learned :) I had no idea what to play, and one of my mates suggested Soul To Squeeze by the Chili Peppers and Hysteria. I blame him for getting me in to Muse! :p I've learned nearly half of Muse's songs since.. :p

Scotland, Glasgow.

I checked your song out, pretty sweet. Not flawless, but pretty decent.

Cheers, And I know it's not great, but I recorded it within 30 minutes of writing it. And I had to record it before dad got home, so any mistakes were final.

Yeah, I envy you. Done any gigs as of yet?

Keep at it dude.. I was playing guitart for a couple of years before I got in to my first band. Then I realised I was a crap guitarist, started playing bass and then it took me another year to get to where I am now :p

Yeah, we've done a few.. 5 or 6, I think. Can't really remember though!

Haha. Good to hear. Also read about your new band. Sounds great man. I've always wanted to be a part of a band at least once, my best pal always is because he plays bass... oh sorry...

Bassists seem to be in short supply, I'd notice. I didn't really know that until a few weeks ago though, I then realised I could probably join any band if I'd put up an ad for it instead of looking at band ads.. Ah well, not complaining, I'm loving it at the moment.

Well it's the summer holidays isn't it. I've just been goign out with friends, hoping to get lucky with this gal, but hey...

yourself?

:p Good luck with that mate.. Life seems to revolve around that kinda thing!!

My brother's on school holidays here, so I've kinda been taking it easy for the last couple of weeks, trying to write some stuff, rehearsing with the band etc.. Social life can resume when my brother goes back to school :p
