Excellent layering, and effects.
5 stars, definitely. quote |
ankthebank wrote on Aug 4th, 2009 12:34am Wow! I love those effects at the start, really gives the 'underwater' feel.
Unique... truly unique!
I like how you have made whale sounds with your guitar, i don't think that has been done before!

kermitdf wrote on May 10th, 2009 11:02pm i feel that the arpeggios in all three of these songs links them together in a way that these three songs could be one epic song.
either way, i loved the way that you used them in this one in particular. quote |

Jackolas wrote on Apr 30th, 2009 11:38am I really like this - my only, only complaint is the arpeggios (could, not needed) to back off a bit in places. Also there was some tiny sections where it gets (slightly) messy but I know this is just due to the equipment and program etc. Also maybe a slight change in theme somewhere and other areas of the neck explored? Really good though man very inspired! 8.5/10 quote |
Kor-Ryal wrote on Apr 13th, 2009 3:47am That was a neat two chord progression kind of thing you had going there. I enjoyed listening to it, if a bit repetitive, since the constant arpeggios could sometimes distract from the beautiful ambiance of other guitars around it. But the tone was smooth enough for the backing arpeggios that it kind of worked for a good portion of the song.
The ambient guitars were very relaxing to listen to, and it was a pretty neat experience to sit through and listen to just them. Since their tone is so unique, though, the reverberated lead distorted tone in the back just sounds like it wouldn't fit with the mood of the song, maybe something with more character, but not enough treble and midtone to sit at the front.
Something like that, I haven't been doing music long so yeah. This was sweet. quote |
