my apologies for not appearing here in such a long time but i've actually been working my ass off, doing proofreading and stuff. i accidentally signed in, i think on 16. october, and if there were any friends' requests ignored, believe me, i didn't ignore on purpose. when i realised i was signed in, i immediately split cos as i said, it was an accident due to me having no time.
last week i saw i had x number of 'recent visitors' but being ripped, i clicked the wrong button and losted them all.
let it be known that had i not clicked wrong button, i would've thanked y'all for visiting me and checking out my page so whomever you might be, THANK YOU for visiting. i'd love to somehow go back in time and check those visitors out and visit them as well but don't have the capabilities to do that. but i wish i did, actually.

i've got an ask as they say on The Sopranos &c: i put up a poll at my site, A Tawdry Autobiography Written By A Nobody. it's in the upper R-hand column and called 'hope u die b4 u get old?' and so far, my closest friends, all over 30 apart from 2 who are 20 and 21, anyway, that's the age range that answered.
i'd really appreciate if ppl from here would vote over there, there's only 4 choices and it only takes a second to choose. the reason it's there is cause i'm writing an article about ppl's views of life and death and i figure that most everyone here is way younger than i and i'd like to see how dif (or the same) their views are to those who already voted.
BTW, Google promised that when poll went up, it would state it was anonymous. it doesn't. grrrrrrrr... and pretty much knowing already who voted (but not how), i figure that extra votes from today on would come from ppl from here (most of you much younger than me).
as well, the numbers don't add up properly. that's cause Google said that it would also state that ppl could choose more than one answer. welp, it doesn't say that either. grrrrr.
ps, i'm one o' those who voted 'too late to ask' LOL.
i've gotta huge moan (actually a ri-moan but the story of that one would take an age to explain). i find it very hard to get around my profile...it took me like 3 weeks to find out i had friends waiting to be confirmed or whatever.
then again, over at my tawdry site, i write my ass off. oh well... i'm an escapist and writing is my drug. well one of them, just hand me my pipe, please? fankoo, LOL. right, AND the straw. we mustn't forget the straw. *snigger*

but what of those who love guitars and/or used to play them and don't no more? i totallly miss my black Fender bass and if some shithead didn't take off w/it in nyc, who knows where i'd be today? (definitely playing).

being an expatriate American, i could never stand country music but got tricked into being on a Gil Scott Heron cover version of The Klan by the Alabama 3 on their album M.O.R last year. i'm the shouty American grrl coming in at about 3,16 and also singing in two voices at the end (see my comment on my mp3s page).
Andy Warhol was right--we'll ALL be famous for 15 minutes. i've been milking mine since feb 07, the night twas recorded. and ppl actually ask me for autographs. *snigger* what weirdass lives they must lead. x
