I've been play guitar for about one year. There are plenty of better guitar players on this website I know. My gear isn't that good either. People tell me that i suck ,but they don't even know what a pentatonic scale is and if do they can't use it , at all. Whats the point of playing guitar if you only want to duplicate every Foo Fighters or Weezer song ever written isn't that what a CD is for? You might as well just quit right now unless your in a tribute band. I enjoy learning scales i have learned the Harmonic Minor scale, Pentatonic and Major scale so far. I love writing leads and improvising. The hardest song i know is probably Wherever I may Roam by Metallica, (Rythmn guitar only or Hetfield's parts)
