About skippy_moogoose
Soo, my name’s Cris, because it’s quicker to write and type without the H, which is a pointless H at any rate.
On here I'm known as Skippy Moogoose, because it's been my nickname since age 11, though most people just called me Skip, and now, 7 years later I still can't shake it off, although more and more people do refer to me by my actual name...which is probably a good thing.

Anyways…yeah, I live in Birmingham in the UK, always have done, it’s got a good vibe, even if it is a little tatty, at least it’s got character.

I don’t really do much, attempted 2 years at College, my total attendance in those 2 years was 8 weeks…yeah, that didn’t quite go as planned, so I’m in the job market, as it were

But I do play bass, lots of it, and think it’s an amazing instrument, but a lot of people think it’s just “Like a real guitar, but with only 4 thick strings, so it must be dead easy!" Obviously, the esteemed people of the Bass Forum know better, for they are esteemed. :p

I don’t follow trends, I don’t wear expensive clothes, and I don’t give a monkeys really what people think of my music taste and looks, I'm happy with them, so why should I care?

Like most teenagers with an instrument, I play in a band: Fevered Egos, a really cool (In my opinion), grungy-alternative rock band, and smb likes the vocalist, so we must be good :) check us out on myspace: www.myspace.com/feveredegosmusic

My political attitude can be summed up like so:
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony! You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just 'cause some watery tart threw a sword at you!
Throw in some liberal/socialistic ideals and there you have it! Importantly, I am not a scientologist nor should anyone else be!

Thank you Monty Python and Maynard James Keenan for putting those thoughts into words.

and that’s pretty much me in a nutshell.

Questions? This video should answer them all, but if for some reason, you do have any remaining, just ask :)
