Randy Rhoads, Dimebag, Zakk Wylde, Tony Iomi, Rodrigo y Gabriela, James Hetfield (because he can sing and play cool stuff at the same time).

I don't know any bassists. How about drummers? Why can't they have a category. Gene Hoglan is awesome.
