I live in Kerala. I prefer to not mention that Kerala is a part of India, because you see, I believe that regional independence is the only way by which Kerala can progress. Therefore, I am proud of my identity which is separate from the hegemonic, corrupt Indian state.
Since there generally seems to be some sort of fascination about my ethnicity going around, here it is: I'm a quarter Malayali (South Indian), another quarter Portuguese, another quarter Brit and another quarter Jewish.
