Paco de Lucia is my favourite.

I don't know many...Although, someone who I recall on youtube that goes by the name of 'Zander' is very good.
Favorite books :
Again, a painful endeavour to list all my favourites...and I'd like to remain as succinct as possible :)
Favorite tv :
A wide range of comedy panel shows and stand-ups. I love the cyncism of people like Jimmy Carr and Frankie Boyle, as well as the slightly puerile, yet comical genius of Russell Howard etc...eclectic tastes.
Favorite movies :
I have a fair few, although Rosemary's baby is a top one.
