wow what can i say? yesterday was fucking intense!!!!
so it starts off when i leave my house and i go to get gas at a gas station no more then 2 miles from my house. its a 230 mile drive to las cruces from my house so i fo sho need gas. well anyways, when i'm filling up, this dude comes up to me and is all "hey you going to warped tour?" and i was like "yeah" and he's all cool. i see he has one of those fancy pass things so i ask him if they're in a band. he's all "yeah, destroy the runner". HOLY FUCK DESTROY THE RUNNER IS BY MY HOUSE!!!! AHH!!!
anyways, we drive for 3 and a half hours and get there buy a schedule blah blah. as i walk in, i see kevin and cody from 1997 and i'm like holy fuck!!! i talk to them and they give me a bunch of flyers to hand out. throughout the day i handed out like 50. intense. but there's no one really interesting playing until 1 (every time i die) so i watch the academy is. they were alright not my fav but it was pretty cool. then my friend wanted to see this band called loren battle. i didn't know what to expect, but they blew my mind. harmonized sweeps. holy shit it was sick. then we watch some greeley estates and go see every time i die. i got bored there and watched august burns red play composure. it was sick. so 130 rolls around, and i watch most of from first to last and all i have to say is THANK GOD SONNY MOORE QUIT THEM!!! they were awesome and way better without him. wow. now i go to see the color fred play a few songs before the audition. great job fred, i love you no matter what band your in. the audition blew my mind. champion is probably one of my favorite pop punk cds ever and i couldn't believe it. i also got some pictures with danny stevenson. SHIT THIS SCARED ME, WHEN I LEFT THE AUDITION, I ACCIDENTLY BUMPED INTO JEFREE STARR AND IT SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME. WHY DO PEOPLE DISRESPECT TALENT??? ahh so 230 was downtime, so i found the 1997 tent and talk to them some more and get some more flyers it was bomb. then i wait for a day to remember/say anything to play at 3. ugh well horrorpops are playing on the stage next to adtr and well this is all i have to say is please stop trying to be hardcore, your old, ugly, and make crappy music. thaank you. adtr rolls around i watched a few songs, but i already saw them like 3 months ago so nothing cool there so i watched say anything. i walked up right when they started play 'wow i can get sexual too' which IMO is a horrible song so i walked away and came back. then saw an intense as i lay dying set again with a circle pit around the tent during 94 hours. damn. so i didn't want to watch alesana at 4 because, well alesana isn't that good. there i said it. so i waited until 430 and watched gym class heroes. not sure why, but they said some fucked up things and some cool things so i don't know. then i watched a little story of the year and it was cool but now i left and saw the band i was waiting for all day
1997!!!!!!!!
i seriously love these dudes and girl. they have always been extremely nice and they remember me!!! amazing set, nothing compares. so when they finished up, i watched relient k, and i've never ever listened to relient k so that was interesting to me. good show, good band. then i watched the devil wears prada. i hate their lead singer. i met him twice and he was an asshole. the rest of the band is way tight though. i don't know. after them, i went back to the 1997 tent and got autographs from everyone and hugs and pictures (which i'll have posted by the time you read this). i love them so much!!!!!! last band of the night for me was mayday parade. their bus broke down and they almost didn't make it, but they did and were great. mad love bros!!!!
thats my warped tour. i'm mainly doing this for my poor memory but yeah.
Ok this pisses me off alot. I've pretty much had an ipod since like forever. Like 7th grade, and here I am about to be in 11th grade. In that time I've had 5 Ipods. I got my 5th one about a month ago. When my 4th one broke, they said this is your last one on warranty. Well my Ipod just fucked up again. Great!!!!! Its not the same problem I had last time, but now I'm fucked. I don't want to buy another Ipod, but all my shit is Ipod accesible and thats it. Son of a bitch. I'm going to go kick someone's kitty to make me feel better. Just kidding. But seriously. Fuck you Steve Jobs. You money hording asshole. I've probably spent close to 1000$ on all your shitty equipment because it always breaks.
