I'm studying Systems Engineering, going through my second year out of five. So far we've programmed with Pascal, C, C#, and Visual Basic. I've good knowledge of C and am now learning C#. I'm fine at Visual Basic too if it's of any help for you.
My problem is that I have zero experience in games programming. Most of that we've done so far is logic problems solving in C, and basic programs in Visual Basic and C#.

Yeah I myself am slowly learning theory. But my friend knows a good amount.

Yeah me and my buddy are too into listening blues. We are more into writing stuff but I mean like we have blues influences from some BB King, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani etc
