I'm 22. I'm a girl. I have a degree in Philosophy and Art History. I mostly listen to metal. I am good at playing keyboards but mediocre at playing guitar, which I'm fixing this summer. I can't sing for shit but I do it anyway. I do not have the same set of issues as your average middle-class white female. I am probably too confident for my own good, but I like it that way and let's face it, so do you.
I know lots about music, film, European art, politics, Gothic architecture, Egyptology, 19th century Russian literature, Eastern philosophy, ecological ethics, travel, and very little about photography, martial arts, web design and veganism. I like beautiful girls and talented boys.
I spend too much time on the internet. I play video games when I have the time and inclination, which is often. I wage war against the evils perpetrated to the English language. As well as having perfect standards in that, I can also speak French, German, Spanish and Italian and I want to learn Russian, Swedish and Japanese.
I share a house with my awesome friends in Guildford in Surrey, where I can just about afford the rent. I want to travel the world and then learn how to be a curator or textile conservator. Or maybe just travel, I haven't decided. Settling down does not appeal to me.
My favourite bands is a list that is long. At the moment I favour Children of Bodom, In Flames, Coheed and Cambria, and Alter Bridge. I am getting more into metalcore though.
