Everything meshed pretty well, i was playing with the guitarist that was in my last band, he's like the only other guitarist i've played with much, so we're used to playing together. And the drummer has been playing for quite awhile, he's 6 years older than me, but after high school you dont notice age difference haha. the stuff we're playing...i dont know how to describe it. Moderate Metal/trashy grunge-punk-type music with more emphasis on guitar rythms. We're hoping to get about 6 or 7 songs written, and a cover or two and do a set with another band here in town at a bar. Pretty much the only place to get a show. I'm pretty stoked man! We are looking for a bassist though...the drummer is actually a genius with the bass. He's played for 8 years, but he started on drums before that, so he has a good feel of what to do, more than any other drummer i've played with. quote |

she has a big crush on me and all and she is kinda hot as hell. she has been after me since she got divorced almost a year ago. so we hang out sometimes, have some drinks, she comes out to see my band play alot and comes to my practices and stuff. so yeah

Stuff like A Wilhelm Scream, older Anti-Flag, older AFI, Dead Kennedys, Authority Zero, Rise Against, and Riverboat Gamblers.
A lot of punk, but also the more normal stuff. There's a good amount of Pop-Punk I enjoy also.
There's a band out here, I dunno if you've heard of them, called Chaser. Your band's sound reminds me a lot of them. |
Awsome. i listen to a little pop punk myself somtimes. mainly i listen to like Strung Out, Drop kick murpheys, Face To Face, Hot Water Music, The Draft, old Samiam, Ignite, Social Distortion, Ramones, The Misfits, Pennywise, old AFI, Descendents, Sreeching Weasel, The River dales....all that good stuff
