Really? I actually go to the Music school at Texas State University.
All I can tell you is that the music schools at UNT and UT in Austin are probably the best in TX. I study classical guitar, and the classical guitar studio at UT is pretty insane from what I've seen and heard. UNT is known nationally for having an excellent jazz program.
