Doctor told me I have anxiety disorder and depression, the first being the cause of my dieting.
She offered me a valium perscription for my long haul flight tonight, but I said no. So I've now been perscribed 'a few drinks on the plane'. 
On my return, I have to make arrangements for counselling.
