About puppy2001

I am the guitarist of the melodic death metal band HARASAI from germany. check out:

------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- The essence of HARASAI was formed in early 2006, when brothers Nicolas [drums] and Yannick Becker [guitar] teamed up with vocalist Martin Wittsieker to indulge in their highest passion: music. After a short time a competent bassist was found in David Joris, who enhanced the band with his masterly playing.
Continuously evolving, the band managed to combine elements of the classic Gothenburg sound, 80's Thrash and modern Metal to a unique substance.
The bands' main focus lies on the audibility and catchiness of the songs.
In the years 2006 to 2008 three demos were recorded: „My Lake Of Terror“, „Begotten“ and „Into Oblivion“.
„Into Oblivion“ helped the band to win the „15 Minutes Of Fame“-contest of the prestigious German magazine METAL HAMMER. And in november 2008 HARASAI openend for SLAYER, AMON AMARTH and TRIVIUM in the Palladium Cologne.
With full energy and new guitarist Henrik Tschierschky, the band is going to engage their next big aim, the recording of an album.
The recordings will take place in summer '09 in the legendary Zeche Carl in Essen with producers Carsten Rehmann and Robert Nowak, who recently worked with acts such as KREATOR or JAPANISCHE KAMPFHÖRSPIELE.
The mixing and mastering will be done by no one less than Dan Swanö (EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH and various others) at the legendary Unisound Studios in Örebro, Sweden.
