Favorite bands :
quite a lot to name. Anything really from the early ninties back. Any classic rock will do. I mostly listen to a lot of gNr, deep purple, stevie ray, metallica, zeppelin, you get the picture. Also I love most stuff by steve vai and eric johnson. I tend to lean towards stuff that has a little more edge and additude in the songs and guitar work. I like to listen to some neoclassical stuff and some shred every now and then but it's not at the top of my list. Also another guitarist that blows my mind with his creativity is andy mckee.
Favorite guitarists :
I wouldn't say I have a favourite guitarist. For tone I would have to say stevie ray, david gilmour or even slash. For creativity I would probably say blackmore or Vai and definitly eddie. Overall to just get me going I would probably say slash, hetfield and eddie.
Favorite bassists :
I love cliff burtons playing in master of puppets. Also after I seen Iron maiden live, Steve Harris caught my eye. Him and Bruce are the driving force in that band.
Favorite books :
I don't read books but if magazines count then guitar one and guitar world I guess.
Favorite tv :
South Park, family guy and really anything on the discovery channel interests me.
Favorite movies :
the alien series, rocky, rambo, terminators.... of course now hollywood has ruined every single one of those series.
