Perfect Tone II

Yup, found it again haha. Since i've had my JCM900, i haven't had a lot of opportunities to really turn it up and mess with the settings. However, i think that i may have found the perfect set up. On it's own, it's not a bad amp. it was a good amount of gain, and a great clean channel. the boss super chorus is great, i dont' plan on getting a different one. the boss blues driver is amazing. i have it with the level at about 11 o clock, the gain at about 10 o'clock and the tone at about 10 o'clock as well. it really thickens up the tone and gives me a great lead and rhythm sound.

on my amp my settings are

bass treble and mids all at around 2 or 3 o'clock.
presence way down to about 9 o'clock. my lead gains for both channels are all the way up (unless i'm using channel A for cleans, then i put it to about 1 o'clock)

i haven't adjusted those settings for a while. but i love the tone i get, so raw and thick and ballsy.

my complaints? my wah pedal sucks, i want a new one. i need to change the tubes, i wanna try and experiment with different typs (maybe some 6L6's or KT77's) and i want a GIBSON LES PAUL SO BADLY!!! lol but yeah, if i can get those little problems fixed i think i'll have the perfect set up!!:) hopefully i'll get famous or something that i was i don't feel like it was all a waste lol jk
