It depends what suits the song really. I find ozone generally does an alright job for general limiting and master EQ work, but sometimes I can just never get it to sound right. PSP Audioware have a few really nice EQ's and logic pro comes with some really nice plugins too.
I don't actually do any mastering in the true sense of the word. But then only few people do in fairness. I burn the premaster in waveburner and thats about it.
By the by, none of the stuff on my profile has even been limited yet IIRC, just mixed. Nothing on the master bus at all.

All it is is lots of fucking around in FL studio. It's all done with synths, cuts, and changing the timing. I like it though.
