Hi, I'm petrucci_owns86, but around here I'm better known as just Petrucci. Around my friends in my beautiful (haha not so much) hometown of San Jose, California, I'm known as Chris.
I love to play guitar, play video games and hang out with friends. I do pretty well in school, and I'm pretty much a likeable person. My metal/Latin jazz band Vermilion is pure pwnage and will kick your ass even though we are drummer-less. I believe that I have a good sense of humor, and I'm good at cheering you up if you're down in the dumps. This is ironic, because I'm terrible at cheering myself up when I'm down in the dumps. On sites like UG and MySpace, I tend to not write in "MySpace lingo". For example, I write using correct punctuation and spelling, not writing stuff like "LIEK ZOMGZ 2day i got my new buckethead cd, rofl". Unless I'm joking, of course. I do this because I like my profile to appear neat, and to make it look like I actually put some thought into the stuff I wrote before I wrote it. I'm also 100% against animal cruelty, I absolutely despise it. I think it's one of the most awful things to ever be invented, and I hope whoever decided to one day start fucking with his pets is rotting in Hell and getting ass-raped by Satan.
I listen to all kinds of music, but my three favorite genres are death metal, thrash/groove metal, and progressive metal. Any metal is good, most of the time. I also listen to a lot of bands that promote Satanic beliefs, but that doesn't make me a Satanist. In fact, I'm a Christian (I go to church), but I just enjoy me some Satanic music every so often. I actually dislike most Christian bands, for some weird reason. Maybe I am a Satanist, but just don't know it yet The point I'm trying to make is that if a band tries to promote some kind of idealogy, I generally am able to resist it.
