Yeah, the V18 is my main amp. I paid full price for it ($320), but it's still well worth it. Just guitar straight into the amp will give you a really sweet clean or overdriven tone, but for any metal, you'll need a pedal. I bough a Boss Blues Driver for lead boosting and a Boss Metal Core for the heavy stuff. If you want i could make a video of it for you. Let me know, man!

This one was tricky because of the drumming, but i think this is pretty close.
Red Metal
Drive-2 o'clock
Bass-12 o'clock
Mid-3 o'clock
Treble-Full
Just turn the drive off to get the clean tone in the intro

with the epiphone sg nothing was really great. the tone was basically non existant. the sustain was just as pathetic. it also had no puch. the only way i really got an ok sound was when i plugged it into a boss metal zone.( since that petal makes everything sound like a chainsaw lol) also the guitar was so light and thin that it felt like a toy. im glad i got rid of it! the hellraiser is soooo much better ( yeah emgs!)
