excited for the fireworks later tonight! I decided I want to make a cover of "Riot" by Three Days Grace. Its not to hard of a song, the main guitar part is just very repetitive. But the song is in Drop C so the other guitar parts is uber easy!
Picked up my new amp today, its a Fender G-Dec Junior. It works very well, I bought it used, so I saved 70 bucks on it. Its in great condition. Sure beats my old Johnson amp!
I decided I am going to write my own song today! I plan to have two guitar parts and possibly a piano part.....probally no vocals though.....I'm not a very good singer.
Man this summer has been awesome so far, haven't worked on a single thing for school yet (that can wait tell the week before) and had plenty of free time for playing my guitar!!!
I finally learned how to record my guitar straight into the computer; which means better sound quality and you don't have to hear my pick when strumming. Learned a lot of new songs and started a band.....kinda.
What songs should I learn next/and what have you learned this summer?
