So I pretty much mastered the first couple sections of Bulb's "Total Mad", it's the best song for showing off haha
W0W! Tab it up for me?
and what's the tuning?

there's the power tab, but I didn't use it. I just learned from Bulb's video he posted. The tuning is Bb-G-C-F-A-D, weird but it's meant for a 6 string. It's actually really easy to play surprisingly, but i's really fun to show off haha.

Thanks dude. I'll do it when I tune one of my guitar's to that tuning.

You're lucky. Do you get homeschooled?

I'm going mostly for DT and Opeth. BTBAM is only playing for a half hour, so that's pointless. I'll just go see a concert when one of them are headlining so I can see them play more than 3 songs.
Same goes for Three. quote |
petrucci_owns86 wrote on Apr 14th, 2008 6:21pmYeah they have too much hype. I love them, but I find their songs to be a little repetative.

petrucci_owns86 wrote on Apr 10th, 2008 4:55pmYeah I got what you meant the first time though. The only reason I have the album on my iPod is to expose myself to as many musical influences as possible. As you probably know, I love teh metalz, but I also like to listen to other genres just for reference. quote |
petrucci_owns86 wrote on Apr 9th, 2008 10:44pmHey bro, saw your posts in the Panic at the Disco thing. I see where you're coming from on your views. Although, I didn't think the album was all that bad. Some of it was (dare I say) enjoyable.
But Meshuggah are still way way way fucking better! quote |
MESAexplorer wrote on Apr 8th, 2008 10:42pmI really want an 8 string but I dunno. I feel at home on the 7 string, 6 feels like it's not bold enough, and I dunno if I would be able to handle an 8 string. After my Carvin 7 string though, nothing feels great anymore. quote |
