On the Genealogy Morals by German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, composed and first published in 1887 with the intention of expanding and following through on certain new doctrines sketched out in his previous book Beyond Good and Evil. The most straightforward of Nietzsche's books and the least aphoristic in form and style, it is considered by some Nietzsche scholars to be a work of sustained brilliance and power, and Nietzsche's masterpiece.

My earliest lessons on the guitar started with my kind older brother teaching me a few chords on a broomstick. He and a friend of his had just formed a band, Blunderbuss, in which they were often practicing in my bedroom. I soaked up as much information I could by scanning the movements and fingerings they'd often use and progressed from there.
Then at about 1996
I had recently ended a hobby that I had since childhood and filled my free time playing the guitar and digging up any tablature I could find on my favorite artists. After many hours in my room, alone, I was skilled enough to fingerpick a few songs and it was then that I discovered my style and preference were/are geared toward the acoustic guitar.
Now in 1999
Around this time I purchased a harmonica rack and practiced a little playing guitar and blowing the harp at the same time. Not being rehearsed in the ways of harmonica playing it took a little while before it clicked. I was able to sing while I played the guitar as well but my voice was never trained enough to hit the correct keys.
Many years have passed and many a band I have played with. I found that performing live onstage is not very exciting and doesn't interest me much. I do on occasion still play live but I avoid it if I can. It's great enjoyment to play as a hobby and I'm concentrating my efforts to keep it that way for the time being.
