My name is Peter. I wanted that to be my screen name, but it was a letter too long. I'm seventeen, done with high school, and am an aspiring photographer. It's a recent discovery, my love for photography. I'm not experienced, but it's my new passion that I intend to pursue wholeheartedly.
I've been playing guitar since early '04, and just started lyric writing this month (April '08). I'd love to see where my music takes me, because I think I can go somewhere with it. I originally started playing acoustic songs, Jack Johnson ones, because they were easy. I went from that to hard rock like System of a Down and Rage Against the Machine, and now I've wound up at Queen and David Bowie, and a more indie rock/pop style. It came with learning music theory.
I'm pretty extroverted, people don't really intimidate me. I learned to laugh off stress and anger, so I'd say I lead an easy life. I don't have pretend to have problems, my life is simple.
I'm a religious person; I'm a Jehovah's Witness. I don't like to get up in people's faces about it and I don't get offended easily. Don't worry, I won't try to preach to you, unless you make it clear you want that to happen. I'm pretty normal.
I'd like to think my writing and playing are good, but I know I have a lot more to learn. I'm still unsure about my abilities, so helpful comments are definitely appreciated. Criticism, if it's constructive, is encouraged. Anything to help further my development is greatly appreciated.
