Out from under the cheap fluorescent lights, beyond the smoke filled haze and through the thickness of sweat pouring down like rain; comes a new age singer-songwriter looking to inspire a change in the industry. Walluk comes full force with an aresenal of lyrical poetics and intense guitar playing. Relentless in his artistic expression, he has created a unique and original sound. Subtle nuisances of a gruff, yet folksy style voice coinciding with solid guitar composition, Walluk’s songs have the utmost commercial appeal. Walluk blends together the styles of acoustic, singer-songwriter, alternative, modern rock and pop rock to create his sound.
For the last thirteen years, Walluk was busy perfecting his craft. Walluk was the singer-songwriter/guitarist/co-fo for the band the Alegria Project in 2002, as well as, the guitarist/ co-founder for the band Morningside in 2006. After much consideration, the time finally came when ties needed to be cut. In the Summer of 2007, the Walluk went solo. Walluk has performed about every other weekend, performing at venues such as Club Cafe, Molly Brannigans, the Pittsburgh Zoo and Howler’s Coyote Café.
