I'm Finn, a 15 year old guitar player just about to start year 11. I like to play video games and play guitar.
I started playing guitar in 2005, well, got my first 'real' guitar in 2005. I got an acoustic beginners guitar in 1998/1999 but all I could do with it is strum a string or manically hit it.
I'm on YouTube, where I'm known as musicman1066. I wear a cool gangsta mask because I look like an idiot playing guitar. I make faces, especially when I do pinched harmonics, and my mouth is usually open which isn't a pretty sight.
I like to think that I'm good at guitar, I can do all the basics; chords, downpicking, alternate picking, read from tabs ect.
I have a teacher, but I usually just chat with him about stuff, and show him what I've learnt recently.
Recently (for passing my guitar exam), I got an ESP, my first good guitar! And it is working just fine, except from getting my fingerprints all over it. The model is LTD MH-1000, it's a fine axe.
I usually tab/learn songs by ear because the tabs you will find on this site are usually not 100% correct, for example; Hand of Blood, the song everybody wants to learn (kinda), there is a tab on here, which everyone uses, and it's wrong.
