Unfortunately, expulsion is a huge deal in America. He went to a private school, and they are easy to get kicked out of. But public schools are nearly impossible to get kicked out of, so whenever someone gets kicked out of school, public school is used as a reference point and people think the person must be a total fuck-up to get kicked out of high school.

Oh, his life is still fucked. He has an expulsion on his record. Apparently suspicion of illegal acts is enough to get you kicked out of school. Fucking bullshit.
And I didn't slap her because I believed her. Everyone believes the girl. Always. I recently found out he didn't do it.

I had two friends who were accused of "rape." One of them was just accused of slipping his hand down her pants when she was screaming no. That's a load of shit. I was there, and they were hooking up on the couch. I am fully prepared to believe he put his hand down there, but she sure as hell didn't mind it at the time. Afterwards, she must have felt like a slut. So she said he did it against her will. The second friend's deal was waaaaay more complicated.

haha its an old old peavey ultra plus, the peavey logo lights up (its the really old version of the triple X) ebay prob. has it for around 400 and its a kickass amp
