Tired, glassy eyes, sore throat, and a lava lamp full of abstract thoughts in a room made of music. Callussed fingers feel no pain. Political conversations over the phone until it falls from tired hands. Headaches sink into my pillow as I dream sounds, music, and light. Even in a dream anxiety lurks around each corner.
