well my groin i got saturday, i did pretty much exactly what luongo did in his injury, and it felt pretty bad yesterday and saturday, today not as bad but still hurt.

my ankle i hurt in street hockey, im pretty sure it was all the sticks and balls i was taking off it, i think its just bruised though. happend on sunday.
