I have finished tabbing the 99 Secret Lead Guitar Phrases dvd. I submitted the tab to UG so it should be available for download shortly. Leave some comments, rate it and have fun with them!
Ok, so I am a Marty Friedman hard core fan. I like all his albums and his solos in Megadeth's songs. I like to see him playing period. I am also trying to learn to play his songs, solos and just learn from his educational videos as much as possible.
A while back I discovered (on YouTube) his Rock Fujiyama shows that he did in Japan. The show has now been canceled unfortunately. But the 51 shows that he did are posted on line at
They are a lot of fun and even though I don't speak Japanese all I need is to see Marty play. He also had a lot of guests like Paul Gilbert and Kerry King just to mention the most famous.
I have started to tab the Maty Friedman's DVD named in the title. The DVD is a bunch of cool and exotic licks that Marty uses in his solos and which can make nice additions to everyone improvisation skills. I have tabbed about a third of them. These days I am trying to learn and to tab the Melodic Control Video by Marty Friedman. If anyone is interested in helping out in tabbing some parts using Guitar Pro just let me know. Cheers.
