Yeah. I went with a bunch of my senior friends. Im only a sophomore so thats the only way I cudda went. But yeah I went to 4 after parties and got so drunk that I slept all day sat and all day sunday. Thank god prom was on a friday.

if your primary problem is that you have a layer of fat on your abs because you are a more stocky build, i recommend doing some good cardio and the leg lifts, [side] planks, supermans, etc. like 3+ days a week. you can alternatively reduce the amount of calories you eat per day, or you can do both if you are up to it. also, work on every single muscle when you lift. it doesnt have to be every day; if you do like a 2 day split workout where one day you work one set of muscles and the day you work on the other set just do that. just make sure that your workout does not neglect any muscle group. the reason i'm saying this is because as your muscles get bigger it will start to stretch your skin more and make you look more toned. plus building up every muscle group increases your overall lifting performance.

and really, i don't use a whole lot of supplements. if i have the money, i usually just use whey protein and N.O. Xplode. both work like a charm, although N.O. Xplode is usually goddamn expensive.

hey, saw your comment and just thought i'd reply back to you. i've been working out like 4 to 5 days a week for like 8 months, but really, it only took me like 1-2 months of ab workouts to get a six pack (though it is probably mostly due to the fact that i was skeleton skinny when i started). before i had started lifting i was doing leg lifts, supermans, planks, and side planks and stuff like 4-5 days a week. after i've started lifting i've just been doing weighted situps, ab rollers with a curling bar, and knee lifts while hanging from a chin up bar. i try to switch it up now and again to prevent plateauing and just to keep from being bored, but those exercises do me pretty well.
