Is a Peavey Vyper a 75w a good choice for my next amp? I have a line 6 spider iii 15w and i'm lookin for a different sound

My son has one and he absolutely loves it. While the early ones seemed to have some problems, Peavey got everything staightened out. The amp has such an awesome array of effects and options that you will surely find a bunch of different sounds you like.
