I agree that no one really knows the truth..but I believe in my heart that I have a good understanding of the Truth that has set me free. I have felt the Holy Spirit flood through my soul..I have seen the work of God in my life and those around me..my Jesus died for me so that I can truly live. There's no doubt in my mind because I've experienced firsthand what He can do. God is more than enough for me, and He is all that I need. to me, that's the truth.
We need Him. God does not need us to be God..we are completely powerless without Him. We are blind, hopeless, lost causes without the Father. He has ultimate power over us. He controls our next breath, our next heartbeat...He controls when it all ends. He could destroy the entire human race and still be God. Nothing is impossible for Him. Without God, we are nothing; we can do nothing. God was there before there was anything. Before there was time, before there was an earth, a universe, anything. He created all of this, simply by speaking. Sometimes it's hard to believe there could be a God this great, because He's so unfathomable. But it's that way for a reason...if we could sum up God with our words or wrap our mind around Him, He wouldn't be as almighty and powerful and GODlike.
However, this is just what I believe. I just wish people would want to believe this!! maybe it seems too good to be true, but why people wouldn't want to form a relationship with the One who will save your life and love you like no one else can...i just can't understand.
This is why I make music. To praise the God who is madly in love with me [for some reason..]; and to be a shining light for Him, exemplifying the Love that He constantly showers over us. Maybe through these efforts, someone will open their heart, and let the Lord take over. I'm so blessed to be a tool for my Saviour.
