G'day everyone, I'm a tragic for Fender strats and strat copies alike. I currently own a Squier strat and "Nature by Jixing" strat copy. I don't know what it is about them..where other people say ugly, i say beautiful.
One quote that has inspired me while playing, by Krist Novoselic reads "If you've got a guitar and a lot of soul, just bang something out and mean it. You're the superstar". I believe that it is not the guitar that counts, but the player inside, as great players can put their heart and soul into a cheap guitar and make it sound like a dream.
I have also fallen in love with writing songs and poetry, even though I have no knowledge on how to write a proper one. I often lose myself in thought when thinking of what to write. I just thought I might try to write a song/poem, and wala! I love it now. I just write what I am feeling, or I put myself in someone elses shoes. I still have a lot to learn and am still find I am making improvements every time I write.
