Ok, so i've been really bored lately, since i just failed out of SUNY Oneonta, and now im going to a community college for the time being til i am allowed to re-apply for O-state. Although that sucks, one of my friends is back home going to the same college and we've been trying to get a band going for literally years, but drummers basically don't exist in our area. Having said that, one day we were both bored and instead of jamming, i suggested doing a few covers on my computer. So we recorded Silent Night Bodom Night and Hate Me by Children of Bodom. He played the lead parts in each song, and i played the bass, rhythm and harmony parts. I think they both sound pretty damn good for one day of recording. He didnt know the solos at the end of each song so we didnt get to them. But once we record them I'll update here i guess. Also i had some downtime before i had to drive to one of my classes yesterday and figured I'd record Crazy Train cause it is an easy enough song. I did the solo in there cause it is one of the few solos i am capable of doing. So if anyone sees this, please give it a listen, critique it and get back to me.
