Well here's my blog. I want to post this first one to fill up that meter. I think something's going to happen when it gets to 100. Um, I play guitar and I'll probably be in your band if you live nearby.
Well today it was finally finished. I am behind in posting because it was finished a few days ago but then my mom burned it up.
ANYWAY
it sounds great, I didn't put new strings on, but I put old ones on and
tuned to C#. Now that thing (along with my Marshall) NAILS the Black
Sabbath tone, especially the heavy doomy riffs of the third and fourth
albums. I couldn't help but eschew my usual repertoire and play Sabbath
all day long. Switching the pickups really makes a difference, although
I am convinced I messed up somewhere with the tone knob. I almost wish
I hadn't replaced the capacitor. Also, the thing works backwards now!
Whatever though. I'm not taking the thing apart again. New switch is super neat though.
Instructions with phony steps IE the last step being "enjoy!" or "play!" or "marvel!" It's an idiotic ploy to... uh... I'm not even sure why someone would do that!
You guys know what I'm talkin' about here right?

I suspect assholes like that just don't know how to end something, or have OCD and need to round stuff up to multiples of five.
Tonight's adventure took me from Metallica to every facial hair hair article on there, sidetracked to Lemmy and Frank Beard (Motorhead and ZZ Top, respectively) then over to Frida Kahlo, then Adolf Hitler, then automated lip reading, and... this list is getting long.
Did you know Bobby Fischer was a Holocaust denier? I sorta thought he was just into chess...
