Well im still rockin' as hard as I can but im also gaining an appreciation for more fluid beautiful sounds. I have almost saved enough for my first Les Paul, after that I will save to upgrade my amp to a modest Marshall half stack. Then and only then will I be truly content with my gear. Dont det me wrong my warlock and my Jackson are wicked but they are not a Les Paul.
Hi everybody, im pretty new to this blog thing. I dont really know what is going on here. I have been playing for 2 1/2 years and i could be a lot better if I had time (and money) to really apply myself. I am an old fart of 37 years so I got a late start. I love to rock hard with lots of gain and making the guitar scream with pinch harmonics. I am trying to learn sweep picking but am having a hard time of it. Got any suggestions?
