I'm sure some know I've been stirring around with Admins today. Got 3 threads closed, and recieved a warning. I don't wanna be the annoying kid but, my threads have been closed for stupid reasons. 1 reason for 2 threads being closed.. In the pit not Classic Rock forum. I realized after I was wrong, but they could have just moved it. Not close, considering I was getting good feedback from both threads. Reason for the 3rd closed, spam. I'll admit that was wrong. Just wondering if anyone else thinks the admins are too sensitive to small things and if anyone else has had these problems.. Considering I can't ask this question in threads, I'll ask on my profile
They try to treat everyone the same (just about) so that way they 'shouldn't' be able to argue back.
I think sometimes they go over the top and are a bit too harsh on people who aren't meaning to break the rules and are more than happy to apologise and make threads in the correct forums. However, if you had to put up with the same amount of shit and abuse the Mods get from rude, ignorant and blatantly argumentative UGers I'm pretty sure you'd have little sympathy for rule breakers.
Overall they do a good job. I just try to avoid all contact with them. It seems to be the best option as if they don't know you exist they can't hate/victimise you.
Well, I was not aware I was breaking the rules. Honestly. For the year I've almost had my account I've never had problems. Just a couple bad threads today got me screwed. Honestly didn't mean to break 'em though
