Koch powertone II Amp through a loadbox attenuator in to EMU 1829 sound card. Recorded with Cubase VST 5.1 { Tags : Tommygun, The, Clash, Bareknuckle, pickups, Koch }
The main guitar in this is my Richwood Les Paul with a Cold Sweat Bridge doing all the muted chords. That guitar is panned 45 left in the mix. Then when the chorus starts the Charvel Model 6 with a Miracle Man bridge kicks in and helps out towards the end too. Thats panned 45 right in the mix.
I used a Telenordia Kompressor on the Richwood throughout and none on the Charvel just to balance things out.
I added some multiple guitar tracks in Cubase using a backing track for drums and bass from lick library.

* I noticed after I recorded this that my G string was flat! Oh Well.
Quite a tough track to play in parts.
Clean is the Rebell Yell neck pickup and all the overdriven parts are with the bridge. All EQ and amp settings the same as the Learning To Fly Clip. I did EQ some tracks in Cubase on the bottom. { Tags : Everlong, Foos, Felineguitars, Bareknuckle, Rebel, yells, Koch, Powertone, EMU1820 }
