No particular order: Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Nikita Boldyrev (an amazing classic guitarist), Kelly Shaefer (amazing composer from Atheist), Chuck Schuldiner (R.I.P.), Paul Masvidal (Cynic and part-time Death), Eric Clapton (little known fact: he actually played the solo on While My Guitar Gently Weeps), George Harrison, Mark Knopfler, Dimebag Darell (R.I.P.), Mikael Akerfeldt, Steven Wilson (as a composer and arranger mostly), Yngwie Malmsteen (seriously under-rated on UG), Ara Dinkjian (from a hardly known band, Night Ark), Marty Friedman, Dave Mustaine, Karl Sanders.
Favorite bassists :
Jaco Pastorius, Avishai Cohen, Roger Waters (less as a bassist, more as a musician and lyricist), Victor Wooten (much better than Marcus), Stanley Clarke, Charles Mingus (as a composer) and John Paul Jones.
Favorite books :
Alice in Wonderland, The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, Guitargasm! (not officially a book but never-mind...) and my (lost) Led Zeppelin Note Book.
Favorite tv :
I don't watch TV, but I like Monty Python, Futurama, Pokemon and Family Guy.
Favorite movies :
The Wall, Fight Club, Yellow Submarine, The Matrix and The Big Lebowski. Also Tenacious-D in The Pick of Destiny, but only for comedic value.
I'm 16 1/2 years old, and live in Jerusalem, the best city in the world. I like to play my guitar (Epiphone G-400) more than about anything else. Iv'e been playing since I was 13. I also like skateboarding althogh I suck very bad at it.
