If you want, I can write a really heavy song or something with drums and everything so we can vocalize over it, Ill talk to King about it, great idea! |
:haha You absolutely just solved every single problem I had with this...Sounds sweet, I can't wait to hear more about it, keep me updated

severed-metal wrote on Aug 12th, 2009 4:43amHey man, how's it going?
I was wondering if you'd be up for doing a dual vocal performance for a song with King, I heard you'd say possibly in the growling thread, you should talk with King more about it if you're interested.
If you could lay down a death metal track he said he'd improvise over it, with you as well of course....or you and him do a cover. I personally think it would be interesting to hear the two best gutteralists in the growling thread go head to head or vocalise side by side.
Just throwing some ideas out there. Don't want to sign anyone up for anything : quote |

Oh no, I was just wondering. I'm trying to find more and more people that actually appreciate it (which is kind of hard to do :haha

jibran wrote on Aug 8th, 2009 7:58amThat sounds great. Plus it seems relatively low priced for such an awesome guitar. It's seems like a worthwhile purchase. So the steinberger I want can wait a few more years.
Many thank you's!

black amendment wrote on Aug 8th, 2009 4:43amAre you a fan of any black metal? I mean like real black metal (Darkthrone, Dark Funeral, Nocturnal Depression, Gorgoroth, etc.)? quote |
King ofKumbucha wrote on Aug 7th, 2009 5:51pmI saw and replied to your post in the growling thread... don't worry dude, I'm still here hahaha quote |
jibran wrote on Aug 7th, 2009 1:37pmHey bro I hear you have a xiphos, I want some advice on it please before I purchase one.
1. First I hear there are some intonation issues with it, especially with reference to the bridge/whammy.
2. I've been told it's really unbalanced. As in it's not centralized so it droops.
3. How expensive is it?
If you could help me cool.
Much appreciated bro quote |

According to that, the last album I listened to was Shrouded Divine by In Mourning. And before that, I was listening to Convulse, Gorguts (I think I'm finally able to wrap my head around Obscura lol), and Augury.
And I'm in Amherst 8 months of the year for school. The rest of the time I'm in Springfield.
We were finally able to get in contact with the drummer. His last gig with his current band is on the first of August and then we're gonna get together and figure stuff out. So it looks like it might work out. quote |

Scourge441 wrote on Jul 24th, 2009 10:54pmStuff is good. I was supposed to have a band but my guitarist hasn't been able to get in touch with the drummer we were supposed to have. Which sucks, because the drummer had a bunch of other potential members lined up. And school starts back up in a month, and I wouldn't have much time for a band due to drumline stuff.
Where are you going to school? quote |

JimmyTheRipper wrote on Jul 21st, 2009 1:11amEh, I haven't had much time for guitar, but I practice my singing pretty often. I have this really gnarly Danzig-ish punk singing voice that I can do now, lol. I gotta record some stuff and put it up. I really want to record my growls and screams and get opinions in the growling thread. quote |
