UncleCthulhu wrote on Feb 23rd, 2009 10:16pmAmbient music is a completely different experience to other forms of music. It's not like you can just sit and listen to it, it's more about the way the music flows rather than being a relatively short, tight experience.
I only listen to Sunn O))) in the background whilst I do other things lol quote |
UncleCthulhu wrote on Feb 22nd, 2009 4:49pmI lol'd hard. Ripping on Sunn O))) while you have bands like that listed in your Favourite Bands.

Sounds like a real recto then haha.
Have you tried the 'ultra high gain' module ? |
No, From what I've heard though it's good.
There was a huge (200+ page) topic on Harmony central all about the MTS line of amps, so check that out.
Anything else you need to know?

The Recto module is alright, but can be a little muffled with scooped mids.

.:Darkness:. wrote on Apr 10th, 2008 12:46pmYeah, i know. Is the guy's screen name "Opeth"? If so, thats the guy i'm buying it from . I've been thinking about buying that amp since November-ish last year. Back ten it was $1100, its gone down since and I've finally agreed :P. quote |
colohue wrote on Mar 14th, 2008 1:38pmHonest to god I'm not. It was a high school full of idiots and chavs, all doing horrific things to themselves day in day out and likely all now in prison. Except the guy with Torrettes, still see him wandering around.
How's your band nowadays? I know bands at that age can be tough just to keep going... quote |
colohue wrote on Mar 13th, 2008 3:51pmFender and Squier aren't the same but I can see what you mean
It's a fairly new amp for me, still working on the settings. I'll let you know :P quote |
